The operating bench is in place. The engineering bench is being built, and we are deliberate about it: inference platform engineers, a security lead who has been through a real audit rather than a checklist, and site engineers at both Fredericia and Stanton.
We are not hiring a research team. Strata does not train frontier models and has no ambition to. We integrate, harden, operate and support them — which is a different discipline and, for our customers, the one that matters.
Every senior hire is expected to be on site. This is an uptime business, and uptime is not managed from a distance.
